FAQ

Frequently asked questions answered here. Check back frequently, we will keep updating as we get more questions!

Are these suppressors full auto rated?

Yes, our Plain and Plain SL series of suppressors are full auto rated per the caliber and barrel length restrictions for each suppressor AS LONG AS the temperature of the suppressor is kept below 750 degrees F.

What will I need when I am ready to submit my paperwork?

You will need fingerprints and a photo to submit as an individual. If you are submitting as a trust, you will need fingerprints, photos, and a completed Form 23 for each responsable person on the trust.

What is a Form 4?

A form 4 is the form you fill out when submitting for your tax stamp for your suppressor. You will do this at the FFL/SOT of your choosing. You will NOT be able to be in possession of your suppressor until your form 4 is approved by ATF.

What is the difference between an individual submission and a trust submission?

An individual submission allows only one person (the one who applied for the form 4) to be in possession of the NFA device. A trust allows all people considered ‘responsible persons’ to be in possession of the NFA item.

Where can I do my Form 4?

We will ship suppressors to any gun store that has a FFL and SOT. We will NOT ship to NON FFL and SOTs, or FFLs who do not have their SOT. We will not be providing Form 4 services at this time. For a list of FFLs in your area, visit FFLS.com. They keep an updated list on their website.
