SUPPRESSORS USED IN COMBINATION WITH DEADAIR KEYMO WILL NOT BE COVERED.
- Warranty overview: All products produced by Southern Plains Armory (SPA) carry a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects as well as damage caused by general use. A Manufacturing defect is defined as any flaw that occurs during the production, assembly or shipment of a product. Damage caused by general use is defined as damage that occurs while the product is being used in a reasonable and safe manner that aligns with the regulatory guidelines set by Southern Plains Armory in section II. Examples of damage caused by general use are as follows:
-End cap strikes
-Baffle strikes
-Refresh/re-core due to high round count use
-Mount stuck inside the suppressor.
This is not a composite list of all covered damage.
- Regulatory use guidelines: Improper or careless use of SPA products can be dangerous and may cause damage to property as well and injury or death to a user or 3rd party. SPA does not condone improper or careless use of our products nor do we accept any direct or indirect liability for such occurrences. Misuse of our products will result in immediate termination of the warranty, and it will henceforth be considered void. Misuse is defined by the discretion of SPA may include but is not limited to the following:
-Criminal or Negligent use
-Careless handling
-Modifications
-Use on a barrel shorter than our stated minimum barrel length
-Use of a crush washer, peel washer or anything else that is known to cause misalignment
-Use of ammunition that is defective
-Use of ammunition that is improperly hand-loaded, reloaded
-Use of ammunition that is improperly sized for the suppressor
-Use of frangible ammunition
-Use that disregards SPA’s use advisory as defined in section IV.
- Non-Warantied repairs: SPA will repair damage to suppressors caused by non-covered incidents at the cost of the owner. The price for such repairs will be determined by an associate of SPA based on the cost of materials and labor at the time of repair. SPA will supply the customer with a digital estimate that must be approved by the customer before any work will be performed.
- Use advisory: Do not exceed 200 round strings of fire without cooldown. Plain and Plain SL suppressors are not meant for use on a belt fed machine gun. Large strings of fire will dramatically increase wear on your suppressor and firearm. (Unfortunately, we will not warranty your can after a 700-round belt, but please send us the video if you do, that’s pretty cool.)
- Other specifications: Warranty is non-transferable and will not carry over if the suppressor is sold or otherwise comes into the possession of a new owner. Original receipt and buyer ID is required at time of warranty. Warranty requests are processed on a case by case basis. SPA shall not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property that may result from transit to or from the facility as it pertains to warranties. SPA does not guarantee any repair or shipping time.
SPA suppressors can be used in combination with most hub-compatible mounting systems. However, due to the high number of failures using the Keymo system, SUPPRESSORS USED IN COMBINATION WITH DEADAIR KEYMO WILL NOT BE COVERED. If you do use Keymo mounts, the cost of repair will be determined by an associate of Southern Plains Armory based on the price of labor and materials at the time of repair.
