The restrictions implemented by SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC are not intended to be legal advice, and SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC makes no representations regarding the legality of any item in any specific jurisdiction. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Customer Acknowledgment and Certification

By purchasing any item from SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction.

The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.

The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC.

Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in severe legal penalties. If you are unsure about the legal status of an item in your area, consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before making a purchase.

SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC complies with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations. We will NOT ship any items that are not in compliance with state or local ordinances. If you have purchased something that cannot be shipped to your location, you will be charged a 10% inconvenience and restocking fee, and notice of order cancellation.

All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license unless you call and request it to ship to the mailing address. All licenses will be validated through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation. It is the responsibility of the dealer to ensure that SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC has an updated copy of the FFL license.

No ammunition, third-party items (Drop Ship) or ANY firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box.

Freight Forwarding is required for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC offers a limited lifetime warranty on all SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC made products. Warranty work takes prioriority over all other work at SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC. The warranty offers lifetime coverage from manufacturing defects. The warranty also covers general wear and tear on suppressors (paint not included). It does not cover misuse or blantant abuse of the products. This includes but is not limited to using the products on shorter barrels than they are rated, calibers the suppressor is not rated for, pushing suppressors past the listed firing restrictions, and modifications made by anyone other than SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LCC. This also includes use of the Keymo mounting system. If a suppressor is sent to us that has violated the above terms, has been clearly misused, or has been modified in any way not approved or done by SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC, the customer will be charged for the cost of material to repair the suppressor plus shipping (which will be minimal). If the customer tries to lie about the method by which the suppressor was damaged, refuses to pay for their repair, or is unwilling to communicate / provide needed information, a percentage increase will be placed on the repair at the discression of the owners, and the item will be sent back immediately without repair. Paint or other coatings are not covered by warranty. Suppressors can be sent in to be repainted for the cost of materials.

We want to help you, but if you are a jerk, I am not beholding to cater to you. Help me help you, be honest, and we will get everything worked out in short order.

4. Limitation of Liability

SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

5. Typographical Errors

In the event that a SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and processing times depend on what you order and/or how fast your dealer contacts us. If you order a silencer/suppressor your dealer must send us their information before SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC can start the form 3 dealer transfer. The form 3 dealer transfer typically takes no more than 2 weeks. If you order a silencer/suppressor it would be expected to ship no more than 2 weeks AFTER the dealer it is shipping to contact SOUTHERN PLAINS ARMORY LLC.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or purchased the wrong item by mistake, you can return a NON NFA (National Firearms Act) or GCA (Gun Control Act) item and get a refund with a 10% restocking/processing fee applied if Southern Plains Armory sees fit depending on the situation we may or may not charge the 10% restocking fee.

You can return a NON NFA (National Firearms Act) or GCA (Gun Control Act) item for up to 15 days from the date you received it. NFA or GCA (anything that requires the item be sent to an FFL or SOT) items will be subject to all legal requirements placed on the items. Return policies will be handled on a case by case basis for NFA or GCA items.

Orden cancellation – if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it you WILL be charged a 15% processing and inconvenience fee. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in the original packaging with any stickers, etc. returned with the item. Failure to meet any of these will result in the item being sent back to you and no refund being given.
